Hi,
I've installed KoPlayer 2-3 days ago. It's good but I have 3 problems.

1) I have ko on my laptop which has a Cam(HP TrueVision HD). Some apps can't use the Camera properly. SnapChat doesn't turn on the Cam. It says it can't access it. Dubsmash turns on the Cam, but it's just a black screen. Younow is a black screen too.
With Instagram it works. But I found out when you run Ko, you have to turn the camera on in the main menu before doing anything else. If you open any camera app before turning the camera on, it won't work and it won't matter if you try to turn the camera on and open the app again. You'll have to restart the KoPlayer.

2) It changes the windows time. It changes my time to 30 minutes earlier (7:00PM to 18:30PM). I did tried that fix with Hardware UTC Time but it does not fix the problem.

3) HotSpot Shield VPM does not work. It tries to connect, but it gives the error ec_2014.

We feel so sorry for any inconveniences caused by these problems.

Could you please tell us your KOPLAYER version, windows version, CPU, memory and graphic card?

I've downloaded few days ago the latest version from this website.
File version: 1.0.0.0
Product version: 1.3.1040

Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit(up to date)

Intel cor i5-3317U 1.70GHz

4GB RAM

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630m
(I've set the KoPlayer to use NVIDIA)

could you please try our latest version 1.4.1049 to see whether these problems still exist?

do you mean the widows clock? or the cam problem?
