so i havent use my koplayer for like 1 month and today i launch it the apps launched is the "launcher,update notice,then the error code12"
after the update i tought it will be fixed but no error code 12 still appearing even i restarted my pc and i have no plan on reinstalling it because i have slow internet to download a new one
current version 1.4.1049

We are sorry to hear about it. We suggest you try to enable VT of your device. http://forums.koplayer.c...irtualization-of-your-PC

And we suggest you try to close Anti-virus software and firewall to run KOPLAYER to check and resolve this issue.If it doesn't work, could you give screenshot of Virtualbox for us? (KOPLAYER folder--Vbox folder--Virtualbox)

i have code eror 1002 , i use windows 8 with 64 bit and RAM 4gb .. what can i do to open koplayer ?

If it's doesn't work, we suggest you try to close Anti-virus software and firewall to run KOPLAYER to check and resolve this issue. And we suggest you download new version from our official website if the KOPLAYER is not lastest version. http://www.koplayer.com/
