Hello Team,

Can you help me out with this one please? I'm getting "VT-x is disabled in the BIOS." error even though virtualization is definitely enabled in BIOS, I've doublechecked.

The thing is, KOPlayer was running fine for 1-2 days after I've installed it recently. Then today it started giving this error. I've restarted and checked BIOS and virtualization is still on. Nothing has changed at all, yet KOPlayer stopped working.

Any ideas please?

Thanks!

Hello dear friend, may i ask did you encounter issue of error message of -12 when you launch KOPLAYER? If yes,we suggest you try to close Anti-virus software and firewall to run KOPLAYER to check and resolve this issue. And we suggest you download new version from our official website if the KOPLAYER is not lastest version. http://www.koplayer.com/

If it deosn't work, please kindly give screenshot of Virtualbox for us.( KOPLAYER folder-Vbox-Virtualbox)
