I installed Ko Player two days ago and it runs smoothly until today that I received the said problem. I already enabled VT-I and also reinstall but it went worst when I'm having screen freeze that makes me reset my PC. I use repair tool and it says the same problem even with enabled VT-I.

May i ask have you closed Anti-virus software and firewall? If yes,may i ask the version of your KOPLAYER? We suggest you download new version from our official website if the KOPLAYER is not lastest version. http://www.koplayer.com/

If it doesn't work, please kindly give screenshot of Virtualbox for us.

We are looking forward to your feedback.
